BEAUTYFULL SLEEP LLC and its affiliates (collectively “beautyFull sleep”, “we” and “us”) respect your privacy. Everything is pretty straightforward in our Privacy Policy including that we DON’T sell your data to third-party companies. Nobody likes spam.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of Personal Data we may collect through our payments products and services (“Services”) and via our online presence, which include our main website at beautyfullsleep.com as well as services and websites that we enable Internet users to access, such as Amazon (“Store”).

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our website, Google Analytics automatically receives and provides us with your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address and provides us with information that helps us learn about your browser, shopping interests, and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our brand, new products and other updates.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. SECTION 4 – Amazon and WooCommerce

Our consumer-facing store is hosted on Amazon and our wholesale store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. On Amazon, your data is stored through Amazon’s data storage, databases and the general Amazon application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Wholesale Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WooCommerce stores your credit card data through Stripe. Stripe is an industry-leader in online payment processing. For more insight, you may also want to read Stripe’s Terms of Service https://stripe.com/privacy

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
